Terms of Service
Store operator and scope
Effective date: October 26, 2026. These terms govern use of Roselviats and purchases from Changsha Chengmei Technology Co., Ltd. Please read the product information and linked Shipping, Return, Privacy and Custom Order Terms before placing an order. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Using the store
Provide accurate order and contact information and use the store lawfully. You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to make a purchase. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights. We may restrict abusive or unlawful activity consistently with applicable law.
Products, models and imagery
Select only a variant that explicitly matches your exact device model. Artwork and scene images may be digitally generated design visualizations. Props are not included unless expressly listed. Screens and production can affect color. We do not promise unconfirmed materials, dimensions, drop ratings, water resistance, certifications or charging compatibility. Ask customer service before ordering if a detail is essential.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and checkout taxes are displayed before payment. Prices and availability may change for future orders. We may correct errors and will explain any material error affecting an order and provide the appropriate cancellation or refund option. We do not charge an increased amount without agreement. Use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
Orders and cancellation
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request. Acceptance and fulfilment remain subject to payment, accurate information and availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for paid, unfulfilled items. Request changes or cancellation promptly; options can narrow once production or dispatch begins.
Delivery and returns
The Shipping Policy explains US delivery, charges, preparation and carrier transport as separate stages. Standard planning is 5–10 business days preparation plus 10–15 business days transport after dispatch, or 15–25 business days combined. Estimates are not guarantees. The Return Policy explains 30-day return requests and approved refund processing. These policies form part of the purchase terms.
Custom artwork and approvals
Custom requests require customer service confirmation of feasibility, exact model, scope, price and timing. Check approved spelling and layout carefully. Submit only artwork you own or are authorized to reproduce. Read Custom Order Terms. Any personalized-goods restriction must be disclosed before purchase and cannot override statutory remedies.
Care and device safety
Follow product and device instructions. Remove grit, keep the device dry and stop using a damaged or ill-fitting case. No case guarantees prevention of device damage. Do not infer safety or performance testing from a photo. Do not force a case onto an incompatible device.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Store branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the store for personal shopping but may not copy protected content commercially without permission. Third-party sites or services can have their own terms. Product references do not imply an affiliation or endorsement by device manufacturers.
Privacy and communication
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used to operate orders and support. Contact us through the published email for order or privacy matters. Do not send full card information or unnecessary sensitive documents. We may retain relevant correspondence for support, records and legal purposes.
Responsibility and legal protections
We are responsible as required by applicable law for the goods and services we provide. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or legally non-excludable consumer protections. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not erase statutory rights.
Governing law, disputes and updates
Subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction where the company is located, without removing any mandatory right to use another competent forum. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Updates apply prospectively; the terms accepted for an existing order remain subject to applicable law.
