Custom Phone Cases
Your idea, shaped around your phone
Ask Roselviats about a personalized phone case. Start with a name, a favorite palette, an original illustration or a visual direction. Custom work is arranged through customer service so the model, artwork and order requirements can be checked together before purchase.
1. Send a useful brief
Email service@roselviats.com. Include the full device model from your phone settings, your proposed design, preferred colors and any relevant reference images. Tell us if you have a target date, but wait for written confirmation before relying on it. Please do not send payment card details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Review the proposal
Customer service will confirm whether the request is possible, what is included, the price in USD, any available proof or revision process, and the preparation and shipping estimate. A request or reference image alone is not an accepted order. Do not assume the standard catalog price covers custom artwork.
3. Approve before production
Check names, spelling, layout, colors and device model carefully. Any proof is a visual guide; screens and production can render colors differently. We will explain the approval and production steps for your request before you pay or approve. Changes after production starts may not be possible.
Artwork permissions
Send artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. We may decline requests that infringe rights, use unauthorized trademarks or include unlawful content. Reference material helps explain an idea and does not authorize us to copy another creator's protected work.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact us promptly if you need a change. Whether cancellation remains possible depends on the agreed stage of work. Any request-specific restrictions for personalized goods must be explained before purchase. This does not limit rights for faulty or incorrect goods or mandatory consumer rights.
