Phone Case Care Guide
Begin gently
Follow any product-specific care instructions provided with your order. For ordinary surface dust, remove the phone and use a soft, dry cloth. If a cleaning method or material compatibility is not confirmed, ask us before using liquids or cleaning products.
Keep the phone and case dry
Do not immerse the case or assume it is water resistant. If moisture gets between the case and phone, remove the case when safe to do so and allow both to dry according to the device maker's guidance before refitting.
Avoid harsh environments
Keep cases away from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, sharp objects and abrasive surfaces. Do not use bleach, solvents or abrasive scrubbers without confirmed product instructions. Printed surfaces can show wear with repeated handling.
Refit with care
Check that the case and phone are free of grit. Align openings and fit gently without forcing the phone. Stop if buttons are pressed continuously, a camera opening is obstructed or the case does not seat correctly. An ill-fitting case should not be used.
Inspect and replace when needed
Look for cracks, loose elements, distortion or trapped debris. A decorative case does not make a device unbreakable. Stop using a damaged case and contact us about the issue. Keep loose or damaged components away from children and pets.
